Before your appointment, we ask that you arrive with a clean face and no makeup, sunscreen, heavy skincare products, or other products on the skin whenever possible. This allows your treatment to work effectively and gives us the best starting point for your skin. For the best results and to help prevent irritation, please avoid exfoliating products and active ingredients such as retinoids or acids for at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you have specific skin concerns or goals, we’d love for you to let us know during your consultation. You’re also welcome to bring reference photos so we can better understand the look you’re hoping to achieve. 🤍 A Few Things to Know Before Your Appointment A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service balance. For the safety and relaxation of all guests, children and extra guests are not permitted in the treatment area unless discussed beforehand. Please arrive on time so we have enough time to complete your full service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment depending on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service fee being charged to the card on file.
